Holly, I know -- it's really hard for kids (and the parents) when they get to be school age. I interviewed a lot of people who had kids for my book, and I devoted a chapter to it. You might want to get the book -- you can find out about it on my page, and click the link at the bottom to buy, or get it on Amazon.com. You and your daughter will also find a lot of support here on this site. What about a wig for her? That might be the first step.
