Absolutely, tearing eyes and runny nose. It is then that you realize hair is NOT cosmetic. Our society has made it cosmetic. Hair is functional; it is a protectorate. Nose/ear hairs act as a filter to keep out germs, bacteria, etc. Brows and lashes serve as protection for the eyes against the elements, debris, etc. But insurance companies don't want to hear that. If they admit that, then they would have to retract their "not medically necessary" mantra. You say you actually live in Maryland, but have a PO in Delaware. Not surprising, as Delaware is such a small state that all you have to do is blink, and you're out of it in another state (LOL!)
Yes, I have the nail issues as well. Such a frustrating condition! The worse thing about the finger nail issues is that the small pits and ridge occur UNDER the nail as well, so it is hard to keep my nails clean. Again, another carrier of dirt and germs!
