Hi, Catherine. There is a Facebook Page for people with LPP. If you are on Facebook look up LPP - Let's Put Out the Fire. It is a private group, and you have to ask to join. There are almost 100 people who belong to that page and they will have a lot of advice for you.

Hello all - I would very much like to host another get together here in early October - I have a few dates to offer...............
