About Me:: Alopecia universalis since 1996. Started going gluten free 2 years ago. Within two weeks of starting going gluten free my eyelashes and eyebrows started coming back. Also hair on the back of my head, peach fuss. Went on the AIP diet 3 weeks ago along with the Biotin supplement I started 2 years ago. More hair is now coming in!!

Oh, that is SO wonderful! I wish that had helped me. I have been gluten free for five years and took biotin supplements too and nothing changed. I went on a leaky gut diet too, so no grains of any kind and no sugar. Nada! I am glad you are doing well!
