About Me:
I have Alopecia Areata since age 17. Now I have lost more then 70% of my hair. In childhood I had taken steroids orally. Which led to a large body frame & weight gain. Recently I was also diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. Doc prescribed Synthroid. I did not take instead I am doing yoga from 2-3 months and in my recent reports the thyroid level came normal.
