About Me:
Hi! I am the the mother of two wonderful boys. My youngest son, Sam, was diagnosed with alopecia areata when he was 12 yrs old, which was over 11 years ago. A couple years after being diagnosed, it had developed into alopecia universalis. It was extremely difficult for him at first, but time has had a way of easing the hurt. Sam has gone through a great deal throughout his life, but has also been incredibly brave through it all. Don't get me wrong, there are good and bad days, but the bad days are few and far between. I love him dearly and am extremely proud of him and his strength.
Do you have alopecia?
Parent or guardian of child with alopecia
Are you age 18 or older?
Yes - I am 18 or older
