About Me:
I am the mother of a daughter with AA. It has been a tough battle but we continue to fight this each day. I have FAITH in GOD and his works. Also my daughter Julissa started with a bald spot at age 5 and it has slowly but surly started shedding. Currently her hair loss is at about 75%

    Sandy, there's a great group here called Children's Alopecia Project (CAP) They have gatherings for children. Check them out in the list of groups.

    I was at one of the National Alopecia Areata Conferences and between the bald adults and all the bald children running around the people with hair were in the minority. It was so much fun.
