    How are you today? Congratulations on your hair regrowth however what are you like these days as read your posts back in 2014 when tried a healing diet.

    I have also sought help from a functional doctor after doing my own research into the key players of autoimmune disease. I’m also on a healing diet to cure my leaky gut syndrome.

    After having Alopecia Areata to Totalis for 4 years now I am hopeful my hair will regrow. It’s only been a full year since the disease progressed to Alopecia Totalis. I just hope my hair follicles haven’t been damaged in any way as of a result which would affect regrowth.
