Hello , up until Jan 2009 i had full head + body hair+ eye lashes + eye blows . Sadly for me i now have alopecia and have lost every hair on my body . All pictures were taken in 2007

    Hi Paul, Welcome to Alopecia World. This site for me was heaven sent. I too suffer from Alopecia Universalis. I initially lost my hair over the Christmas & New Years Holidays, my eyebrows, eyelashes, arm/leg, you know followed in April.
    Thanks to all the support from this site I took & posted my first ah natural picture. Talk about freedom, it was a great feeling, one I hope you have one day. Looking at your pictures your quite a handsome gentlemen, I bet your still quite good looking ah natural. When your ready, I would love for you to post a head shot ah natural. Check mine out .

    Hi Paul, you are most welcome. the bit raw feeling is very understandable & the hope of beating you bet, as my Aunt use to say,hope floats my dears & that is so important. I think we all have that hope, its nice to have all the support because in time we heal & in healing come acceptance. It's not easy but thats why thank heavens Cheryl & RJ started up this site . Two very wonderful, caring & giving people. Hang in Paul.

    Hi Paul, you are so welcome. I understand raw feelings but even more hope, as my Aunt used to say, hope floats my dears & so it does. We all are hoping & praying for a cure for this bloody disease.
    Thanks to this site & its wonderful, giving & kind creators Cheryl & RJ we have a place to come, meet great people, exchange ideas & feelings. In time we heal & with healing comes acceptance. Take care
