    Hi Gemma

Thanks for the comment. I know, I hate the itching... I feel like a scratching monkey sometimes. It becomes a bit compulsive especially if I am watching tv and it is itching... I am sure it is really annoying for those around me as well.

A topper sounds good. Have you had one before? I haven't used a topper - only wigs and scarves, hairbands etc. I am currently waiting to get my custom full lace wig - it's crazy, I spent so much money on it so far as it is human hair and because it will be bonded to my head, I had to buy loads of accessories to facilitate that. I used to love going to the hairdresser and getting my hair done and that was expensive, but getting a wig is not the same...

Yeah wigs are pants sometimes - I have had a few really wiggy ones. One in particular was hysterical as it made me look like Monica Lewinsky and that was not a look I was going for. It was annoying because it cost me quite a bit and was basically unusable. I have kept it though and plan on wearing it when it is really cold to walk the dog in - I live in the countryside and it is so thick it would be quite effective at keeping my head warm!!!

I found one I liked - Marcella by European Naturals, but I did cut a fringe into it as I do not feel comfortable with wig hairlines. It is a synthetic and so after a while you get frizzies at the nape of the neck, which is a bit of a bummer. There is a pic of me wearing it in my photos.

What wigs have you tried? How will you secure the topper? I think I have seen the toppers secured with clips. Unfortunately, I do not have good hair to secure with clips or grips or anything that clings to the hair. It is so thin on the top now that the clips and grips just fall out. I sometimes try to put it up so I can put my scarf on more comfortably without loads of random hair falling out all over the place, but the hair clips either fall out or they end up pinching/pulling on the strands of hair, which is uncomfy.
