    Hi Alma,

    I'm at a plateau, actually a little upswing with more hair some of which has color.
    My regimen for the last 18 months is
    5% rogaine twice a day
    1 multivitamin, 3000u Vitimin D, 1mg Biotin, 1500mg Omega 3 fatty acids daily.
