    Hi Judith, I have alopecia totalis. Had areata many years back but have had alopecia for 30+yrs. Yes the bald spots sweat a bit. Don't know about wig situation because I wear a scarf/bandanna and a cap when I go out. Gonna have a motivational Sun. Feb. 21.
