  I have a 9 year old with AA and I have had AU for the last 15 years. I see you are using shampoos. Biotin based shampoo really works as it stimiluates hair folliciles. My daughter has been in remission for several months and I still find myself looking to make sure there are no spots. It does take time to grow back and even know for someone with extremely long hair she still has areas where it is not as long because it is growing back. these children are such inspiration ans I was a nervous wreck for her.
