When I lost all my hair no one even ask me if anything was wrong people thought I had cancer until my mom told them I still don't feel comfortable telling anyone and none of my friends know yet I'm scared to tell them. I've had alopecia for almost 2 years now and sometimes I don't feel very pretty so thank you for your nice words. I am good Rachel. My daughter Sam is 8 and has alopecia. Alot of hair has grown back now, but we remain active with alopecia groups. It is important. I hope you are able to do the same. Sam has her own page here too..I am sure she'd love to write you. Her name is Samantha
