Hi my name is Marta, and I've had areata alopecia since I'm 4yrs old. Wigs have certainly come along way!!! When I was a child we had to wear men's toupee's, now nobody needs to know if you don't want them to. I've dedicated my career to helping people with all diferent types of hair loss. I do non surgical hair replacement in toronto ontario, canada. I'm very passionate about what I do as I can identify with all the issues that come with hair loss.
My strong advice is don't waste time feeling bad about it. If you look around at people with hair, we look more polished in our wigs most of the time, and we need to be grateful that the wigs we wear are so beautiful. No more bad hair days for us!!
