About Me:
My name is Allison, but alot of people call me Allie. I am 22 years old and a full time student. I have way too many goals and not enough time, I am entirely too ambitious but that is how I got this far. If it can be done, I will do it. I have a double major in Business and English, and I hope to get my masters after I am done with those. I work hard and I Love life. I am so grateful, at least when I remember how blessed I really am. :)
I am an artist so I can be eccentric sometimes. I like living my life outside the box and I think that has helped me to cope with having AA. I love to paint, draw, act, learn new things, read (War and Peace at the moment), and spend time with God.
I lost my hair for the first time when I was five and again at 21. It was a hard journey but when I learned that I could use Alopecia to help others I was all about it. I have always been an overcomer and AA has given me another platform to show people that you can define your circumstances rather than allow them to define you. I have used Alopecia, as well as other things I have gone through in my life, to lead and mentor other woman. I try to remember every day that all things work for good for those who love God and are called according to His purpose, and that I can do ALL things through Christ who strenghtens me.
I love this website, all of you have been such an inspiration to me. You are all truely beautiful and have helped me in ways you could never imagine. Thanks for being awesome!

    I feel great ! And thank you ! I'm so happy I did it ! Woo hoo !!! I'm still getting used to it but, It's going great . So much for waiting till September . lol . I was ready & could not wait any longer ! It was a good night . I feel so much better . I'm going to try to put a video on here . Right now I'm making a video to put on facebook . A video with music & pictures . Like a little story explaining what Alopecia is & when I got it . I'm hoping to get that done & put it on there soon . Thank you for everything ! ~ Mackenzie
