About Me:

I own a wig and hair replacement business in the Tampa Bay area with 3 locations. My salon, Custom Hair has been in the Tampa area for more than 40 years! I would love to be able to offer advice or answers questions about possible solutions for women, men & children with alopecia issues. I have been wearing hair pieces full time for many years and I can certainly relate to some of the unique issues facing those wearing wigs and hair systems!

  Hi. I still have hair but have been losing alot of it and fear I will be almost bald in a couple months. I think I would like to do something now because I don't want to wait too long and then show up wearing something and it be obvious. I would like to wear something that would be maybe semi-permanent. What are my options? Do you have integration pieces. I still have hair and wonder if that could be my best option for now and then maybe go into a fuller piece when I lose more of my hair. I feel I will eventually lose most of it since if has been shedding for more that 6 years and I am getting very thin.

  My diagnosis was telogen effluvuim. I don't have any bald spots or patches but have thinned all over. I seems like I may be a little more thin on the sides though and my hair has receded off my forehead and temples more too.
