I too am from MB, my 8 year ol ddaughter has Alopecia. This is the only support I have found. I am curently working on forming a support group in Winnipeg. If your gf would be interested in helping me it would be great.
I have been in contact with Evelyn, from Evelyns wigs who is helping me with this as well. I hae contacted City TV to do a story, and local papers such as free press and the times. Hopefully this is sucessful!

How old are you and your girlfriend?
I just want to say I'm so thankful for guys like you, that love your girlfriends and support them through this ridiculous "disease". My boyfriend is so supportive of me, and it's helped me so much.
