About Me:: I have had alopecia my entire life. As a child it was very difficult and I struggled as a teenager to fit in. I was made fun of and ridiculed most of my young life. Today as an adult I deal with a lot of the remenents from being a child with alopecia totalis I wish I had a camp like this when I was child. It could have made a big difference. I felt I was the only kid who had this problem and my aunt who was old and had no hair tried to help but it was very different as a kid. I would love to help these kids deal with the issue as they grow up and become a professional.
