    Hi Sharon, Am in my 9th year with alopecia in all forms. Currently, I am bald and hairless except a small amount of pubic hair (pardon my honesty). My eyelashes recently disappeared so have perm make-up scheduled next week. It is a salvation as I did it before. You can live with alopecia. You can become a survivor. Remember that. I will try to encourage you. Your friends will remain your friends. Your family will be great. You will be loved and become the "new" you--a special person. Hugs, Kay
