    Hi Sherilyn, I am mom to a 7 yr old with this condition. How is your grand daughter doing. Have you contacted the Childrens Alopecia Project yet? They may be able to help you find some other families in your area. Cindy

    Sherilyn, the Children's Alopecia Project is a non-profit organization that strives to build self-esteem in children with Alopecia. If you contact them, they may have a family in your area you can connect with. There website is www.childrensalopeciaproject.org. I do know they don't have a group in your area, but they may have families to help you connect with. You can also contacted NAAF. www.naaf.org. They may have a support group in your area. If I can help you with anything please let me know. Tatum is adorable!
