I was 13 when I was told I had alopecia areata. I have had various stages of it throughout my life; from total regrowth to losing all my hair to regrowth to losing...you get the picture!?
I have had many experiences dealing with alopecia and I am always willing to learn more. I have joined this website, because I would like to offer some words of encouragement and support.

It has only been a short time since I joined AW and I have read profiles, blogs and discussions. I am just taken back by it all! It’s amazing how so many people have joined together offering support, luv and laughter. Thank you to everyone for sharing.
