I am married, two kids a girl named Celena whos 5 and a son named Chad who is 16. Chad has Alopecia, started loosen his hair at the age of 5 he now has no hair on his head and no eye lashes or eye brows. Chad is in high school, loves to skate.

    I'm curious to know if your son has been consistently bald or if there were periods of regrowth. My daughter is 8 and she seems so adjusted to the baldness. She NEVER covers her head. I'm so afraid that one day puberty will hit and she'll be horrified at her beautiful baldness.

    Hello there! Here is the info for the meeting we will be having I hope you guys are able to make it :) 

    Do you have a child that has alopecia or know someone that does? We are having a cap group get together tuesday december 17th at 630pm at the wasatch county rec center (Heber city, Utah)bring your gym clothes! Admission is free for kids with alopecia and $1.00  for those without. Come have a fun night of soccer, basketball or just run on the track! Bring your own balls(some will be provided) or rent them there for 1.00 each. We will have fun and have a guest speaker!
