Hi I am Nicky and I have had Alopecia since 2005- well it all grew back and then all fell out again so now I am totally bald , no eyelashes or eyebrows. Sometimes it really gets to me - sometimes I don't think about it- but I do wear a wig during the day and a bandana at home.My husband is supportive but I am sure he would prefer if I had hair and my kids jsut know that mummy's hair fell out.
But hey - life could be worse !

    Hi Nicky how're you going, haven't heard from you in a while. I met Ivonna from Buddina last week, bald since she was 4. So now there are 3 of us that I know of on the Sunshine Coast. Maybe the 3 of us could meet at some stage...cheers
