About Me:
Well, I really don't know what to say. I wish I had lots of interesting things to share, but I'm just your average 38 year old, single working woman:) I love to read, watch movies, spend time with friends, try out new local places and of course every girls favorite; shop! :) I was diagnosed with lichen planopilaris in November of 2007. My immune system is attacking my scalp, causing it to scar. When the scarring occurs it forces the hair out. Unfortunately, with this condition, once the hair is gone, it can never come back:( That's why I'm here. Just looking for others who have/are losing their hair that I can relate to.

    Karen, I'm SO sad you're having a bad day. I am sending you loving thoughts and keeping you in my prayers all day long. It's good to let the feelings out and vent...it lets out the bad stuff so God's grace can flow right back in! I wish I had a joke or something to cheer you up! You are loved.
