I am a nursing student. I am almost done with all my classes, just two summer ones to go. :) I am so happy I found this website. I had felt so alone with my hair loss. It is nice to know that I really am not. I hope to makes some really good friends here and become more self confident. I am doing much better that I was last year but I still need some work I think.

Hello All!

I just wanted to thank everyone who has commented here on my profile. I wish I had time to comment on everyone's profiles individually. But I just started my two summer classes and it is going to be a very intensive 5 weeks. I plan on posting and making friends here at the beginning of August when classes are over. It will give me something to look forward too when I am stressing over my classwork. Thank you again everyone for your support, you have no idea how much it means to me. Or maybe you do! We are all in the same boat here aren't we?

Hey Heather. Just dropping by to say hello. I joined the California group and noticed you lived in Bakersfield. I moved to Bakersfield about 5 months ago. I have never met anyone in real life who has Alopecia and I think it would be neat. I hope your schooling is going well.

Hi Heather! I noticed that you have just signed up. Welcome! I used to live in Bakersfield. I'm in Arizona now. I'm also going to school for my RN license. Oh yeah, and I have Alopecia too! What are the odds?! lol! Just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm glad you found this place too. I love it here! I have met so many awesome poeple. It has helped me so much in coping w/ my hairloss.
