I'll defintiely let you know how my treatment goes. I am not sure how the UV light is administered but I think it is a special light a dermatologist has. I have not had any spots on my head. I have had my wife look and she says know. Unless she is just trying to spare my the anguish which I do not think is the case. Take care and I'll talk to you later. Jay

keep me posted on how the Calosol 4H works, I've read mixed reviews on this. UV treatment sounds interesting. would that be administered by way of a tanning bed or other means? I haven't noticed any loss on the scalp yet have you?

How long have you been on these treatments Jay? It sounds like your patches are very similar to mine. but lately, the neck area more than anywhere.
