1 year old losing hair

Anyone else experience this with their children. It's shedding everywhere and dr said its normal. I am freaking out cause my husband and I both have hair loss. Does anyone else seem to think it is stange that we all have hair issues. I am starting to think its our apartment or water. I don't know what to think anymore.

Have been losing my hair for 2 years. My husband also has MPB. Now my one year old is losing his hair. I am freaking out, don't know what to do. Any one have experience with ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS that caused their hair loss? I am starting to think our apartment has something in it that is causing hair loss. The water? Mold? I don't know where to start. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Itchy scalp

Have FPB and a very itchy scalp. A itchy scalp all day all night. The other problem I have is my hair is very greasy all the time. Please help!!! Shampoos, products, anything. I have tried so many things and nothing has changed

Have been reading about Celiac disease related to hair loss. I have many of the symptoms of Celiac and def have the hair loss problem. The Dr's don't seem to know what cause's the hair loss. They said Celiac disease causes body hair loss also. Anyone found that they have had it and has gonegluten free ???

Hi Michelle!

Thank you for adding me:) I also have female pattern hairloss:( I was diagnosed last year (right at the age of 30). I thought it was due to having a second child, but the biopsy said that it is hereditary and there is nothing I could do but take rogaine. It is odd cause I have 3 brothers and they all have their hair and so does my mom. So I guess I inherited it from my father (but even at my age, he had all his hair.) Rogaine didn't work for me and I got some of the side effects like swollen feet and chest pains. I went through a period of depression and now I am fine with it after I shaved my hair. I guess that is because I feel like I am in control of it instead of just watching my hair fall out and wanting to stop it without being able to. Now I wear lace fronts or no hair at all (at home). I guess the wigs cheer me up cause I am able to try so many hairstyles. Anyhows, I am glad to meet you and I hope you are having a great week!

breaks my heart to read what you are going thru.
No-one, or no woman especially should have to be dealing with this.
My remaining hair is disappearing quickly too.
I really hope you can get some answers, especially for peace of mind.
I truly feel for you. It really is a nightmare. keep posting here, so many wonderful people, GREAT support.
