- Hi im sarah I've now got alopecia for the fourth time I first got it when my 19 yr old son died 4yrs ago it grew back my left eyebrow has never grown back I now have it back again this time its different my hair is getting thinner and thinner my head is hot the Itching is unbearable my hair is everywhere i can't stand it anymore i can't cope

I have been taken biotin dht blocker and silicea gel for skin hair and nails together and my hair is gradually stopping to fall out and the terrible itching has stopped
