Hi Everyone! I will be facilitating this art research workshop at the 2012 NAAF conference. I am so excited for this session! This workshop will be a few questionnaires and include a fun art activity. It will be a great way to meet others, get a little creative, and give back for further research to support the emotional needs of our community.
No professional art skills required!
If you are at the conference on Thursday and are a young adult please sign up! I think it will be a great introduction to meet people and get the ball rolling for a fantastic weekend!
If interested in signing up please respond to mary@naaf.org and mention you would like to be signed up for the "young adult art session". If questions referencing this session, please message me, Heather Curtis, on Alopecia World. All the best and see you at the conference!
The research study has been expanded to include 18 to 40 year olds. If anyone is or knows of some one interested please email mary@naaf.org
Im to old to join =)
Hey Alopecia Areata community, as some of you know I am facilitating a study at this years conference, it includes how art therapy can help build awareness of resiliency in the Alopecia Areata population. This research will be going towards my graduate school work. So if you are between the ages of 18-40 and want to fill out a few surveys, do a little art, have a little fun- please message me or pass my information along to anyone who may be interested. There is an official meeting time on Thursday 19th 2-4 pm, however, more than willing to accommodate another time as well if interested!
