sore and itchy head

i have a bad habbit of know rubbing my bald patch cause it's sore and itchy shall i change to subsricption shampoo, also my doctor done a pull test on my hair today she's never done that b4 usally she just measure's my patch, i couldnt belive how much hair came away i never cried so im gettin stronger

I'm glad I've seen your post. Mine were itchy, I don't think sore and I used to rub mine too. I wasn't on subscription shampoo but did tend to alternate my shampoo as they say you should regardless of hair loss.
