Being happy with yourself will bring a inner peace for you!

Hi everyone, I know that until I could accept my alopecia then others would accept it. I always tried to hide it from everyone. My coming out was at one of the NAAF conference, I remenber being so scared I was trembling. I had never went out in public without my hair system on. It was the best experience of my life not to have to wear it that week. I felt so free and happy! I know this has to be a decision that each individual has to make for themselves. I am so glad I did!!

Well done Dee, that must have felt very liberating! the alopecia journey is like a rollarcoaster ride, full of up's and downs, it is when we have more up's than down's we realise how far we have come, well done again, take care!
