Advice for a wig

Hello, I currently have Alopecia Areata and it has been getting worse and worse daily. I started with a synthetic head piece topper which helped me for a couple months but know i need to get a full wig.

I'm really not sure where to start. I am looking for a real human hair wig that I can be active in as well as swim, sleep go to the gym ect. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what i should be looking for? I also don't have the budget for paying crazy amounts of money for a wig.
