Hi,
I've been off the drink for several months now and I've grown about 60% of my scalp hair back and most of my body hair. I've also been on a strict diet of only natural whole foods and I quit smoking 6 months ago too so I can't pinpoint it to alcohol, poor diet or bad habits.
Time will tell I'm sure

Thanks for your reply. Now I got motivated :) I was always not willing to quit drinking because I was like "it's just alcohol it cannot be a cause, so many people drink." Well now I'm gonna check :) Thanks and good luck :)

P.S. What do you mean by strict diet? Anti-inflammatory or without gluten?

Basically eating nothing that has been altered by man or machine. I only eat fruit and veg, brown rice, fish, nuts and eggs. Plenty of fresh home made juices. I was eating gluten free bread until I realised that's also full of chemicals and crap so I've cut that away too. No vitamins or any pills, you get all your nutrition that you need from eating real food.
It seems to be working and I can't wait to go back to the dermatologist and show him my progress after I refused the steroid injections and the other crap he was trying to get me to take a few months ago.
