Alopecia and chronic urticaria...anyone have them both?

Hi, I have alopecia I also suffer from chronic urticaria, from research I have noticed they are both forms of my autoimmune system attacking itself. Has anyone else experienced this?? Would just like to hear about other people's situations and things that help.......

I never knew what this was called and when I went to the dermatologist approx. 7yrs ago they did some sort of scratch test and said that I just had too histamine being released in my body and told me to take Benadryl when I would have flare ups. Now here we are 7 yrs later and I am into my 2nd year with Alopecia. I have lost almost all of my hair all over my body. I get these "hives" mostly from my upper chest above the breast all the way up to my jaw line, on my shoulders and back and on the nap of my neck. This is just an added stress to not only losing all your hair but also having these ugly "hives" all over as well.
