Hey there i have just joined this group since i have an alopecia areata related problem i am 20 years of age and it started off very small and has now grown in size it is not enormously big but still stands out and is really getting to me i have had it for around a month or slightly longer and i wanted to know what anyones advice will be to me and if i could prevent this. There is a very very small growth of hair in the bald patch area but it has been a month now and is still the same i will be visiting the gp this friday to see what they could do to help but thought people who have had this condition already could help much more. Any usefull information is appreciated thanks.
