ALOPECIA AREATA/UNIVERSALIS TREATMENTS... have any of your tried any of these before?

Hi Guys, I'm relatively new here. I've had sometime to read some of the posts, but so far I haven't read any experiences regarding alopecia treatments that are currently on the net. I'd like to know if any of you have tried any of these treatments, what was your conclusion? could you recommend any of these treatments?

I've had alopecia universalis for the past 12 years, I think at this stage acceptance is key to continue with our life...but I also think that the solution may come at any time...
