Alopecia barbae - Starting alternative treatments from today, I will post regular updates on my progress

I noticed a pea sized patch on my mustache. The skin in the region became whitish and noticeable even from across the room. I went to my local dermatologist and I gave some injection on the spots and asked me to start using Dipgenta cream daily. I have been using it for the past 2 months and no improvements yet. 

I have already tried applying onion juice and amla oil for past 10 days. Still no improvements.

Now I have planned to follow ALL the options available to me. This is what I am starting to do from today. 

1) Continue applying Dipgenta cream in morning.

2) Apply onion juice and amla oil on alternative days at night. 

3) Starting to work out. Not heavy lifting or anything like that. Just the warm-up exercise they thought me when I was in Karate (mid school) (10 to 15 min)

4) Going to start doing Yoga. Still, haven't figured out which one. (10 - 15 min) 

5) Start doing meditation.  Not the recent commercialized meditation techniques but the spiritual one. 

You can refer by searching "Secret of meditation in English language" in youtube. The theory is that it can cure most kind of diseases and can bring control to the body and mind. It worked for me in the past when I was stuck with my jobs. It used to give me a powerful feeling.  (15 to 30 min)

6)  Start praying to god and listen to some devotional songs. I just to hear those songs when I was a kid. My mind used to be in a happy mood which I listen to those. 

7) Chant Om mantra. I will be doing that accompanied by meditation.  

8) There is a local healer in Tamil nadu, who strongly claims that if when we eat we need to chew the food for a longer time that it mixes with saliva and becomes more fluid, only then we have to swallow. That will fix all the blood-related issues and will cure most of the diseases. I tried to follow that in past, but forget because I got busy with daily life. 

9) Going to bed early and wake up early, like around 5:00 AM. To follow all the above and in hindu religion that time (an hour before sunrise is called something like brahma muhurta and people who wake up at that time will have full control of their life. Also considering Bangalore traffic, that is the only time I can get pure oxygen. 

10) Start eating lot of green food.

11) Daily eat one uncooked ginger in the morning before breakfast. It will stink and I know it can do wonders. But I am not sure if I can do this daily.

Also, another important thing I forgot to mention is that I also believe my impacted wisdom tooth, impacting the nearby tooth forming a small cavity as one of the prime suspects. A quick google can give you lot of recent study papers published on it. I had it all fixed before 2 weeks.
