Ive been having hairloss, no doctors can explain why, suppressing the immune system will only work temporary, here's why. Your condition will worsen, and you will have no idea because you've been suppressing your immune system. Once your off the drug, your hair that you've grown will fall out and you will be sicker than ever.
My bilirubin is high! Why? Because my liver is toxic causing hair loss.

This explains why alopecia is happening. Stop eating junk food. Take care of your body and emotions. Most people are malnutritioned. It's hard but you only have one body. Take care of it.

Read this article. Also, everyone says that they have tried diets!!! Listen, it could take years to rid your body of being too toxic, it's not about a diet. You need to change your life, nutrition, stop using all chemicals. Get a shower filter, dry brush your skin before showering or working out, get out in the sun, stop using lotions and chemicals in bar soaps.

Alopecia is only a symptom of what is coming, if you ignore your hair loss and continue living toxic, a more serious illness will occur.

CLOSE YOUR MOUTH !!!!! bla bla bla you are doctor

Sorry but I dis-agree 100%. Where is the toxic kidneys and liver in a 5 year old child who develops AA/AU etc ? Are they secretly drinking and smoking and living a bad lifestyle ? No !! AA/AU/AT (and medically related conditions such as psoriasis diabetes etc)  is an auto-immune flaw in victims system and not related to anything else.

Good points Bibby

I just want to say that im living healthy lifestyle since 3 years and almost nothing changed. I mean hairs grew back and fall out again like always. I am tired of being without hair all the time. I am not drinking alchol (not a sip of alcohol in 3 years), I got rid of gluten (2 years now), reducing the sugar alot-maybe eating it only on birthdays and stuff, drinking lots of water, not taken any drugs in my life, I am athlete training everyday, sweating, getting work done, but still no hair. I dont really know what to do anymore. I feel like I tried everything.

So here I am deseparate to get hands on xeljanz and hoping that one day it will get to Slovenia(Europe) so I can get it through insurance because I got no money, im just a student(20years old). And dont tell me to clean my liver and kidneys bro I am living so healthy more than anyone I swear! But no permanent result ever. Maybe is because of my emotions, I got alot of emotions stuck in myself, but I hardly belive it, because I am trying everyday to allways get my emotions out of me and still nothing is happening. So fck it, if I will destroy my immune system with this drug I dont care really anymore, I just want to have my hair back and I want to have a hairstyle that I have been wanting for 7 years and if it is just for one moment its still worth for me! Good Luck everyone, keep believing in yourself you deserve everything you want. Just keep grinding.

I so feel your pain flyest. I got AA when I was 10 and juggled between able to conseal the hair loss and not. When I was your age (21 years ago) all I wanted was to have a full head of hair and no restrictions in regards hair styles and felt like my sence of self expression was being attacked and I was not in control. This new drug is hopefully going to regulate this frustration we feel daily with limited downside on side effects so fingers crossed within months the price may be more achievable.
