Alopecia retreat

Hi Everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a retreat for Alopecia? I know there are weightloss, spritial, and etc. But, is there a retreat for Alopecia? I know about the NAAF convention but I'm not not sure if thats what I'm looking for. Plus, its only once a year. I'm not looking so much for a hair treatment retreat more of an acceptance retreat of the disease were we can just be ourselves and maybe get tips about wigs, makeup, diet, and relaxation. Thanks in advance for any suggestions you have.

I guess by the response I'm getting there must be nothing out there. If I were to set something up would anyone be interested? I found this Coamp place with dorms that if we get atleast 100 people it would be $40 a night per person which includes 3 meals and 2 snacks. The only down fall is I would have to get $1 million liability insurance. So, that would have to be divided out. I want to get some clinics like Yoga, message, meditation, nutrition, and etc. I'm not sure what that would add to the cost but if this sounds like something you would be interested in please let me know. I'm thinking of setting up a facebook page to list some locations and get some votes. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Yes, the current camp I have listed is in Arizona. I'm thinking since it will be the first one of hopefully many. I should have it were I can scope out the location easily to make sure I don't set us up somewhere the pictures don't really show the true condition of the place. But at this point I'm open for ideas and if I have a contact where we do the retreat to scope out the place then I'm good with that.

I am hosting a one week stay in Panama! We will meet with fellow Alopecians from Panama, stay in a beautiful villa, and have fun bonding, sharing, informing and inspiring! Zumba, a big welcome party and a whole lot more!
