Alopecia specialists on the east coast?

I've had alopecia areata for the past 7 years. I've gone from dermatologist to dermatologist and they all put me on the same treatment regiments. I'd really like to find a doctor who has some interest and knowledge about alopecia on the east coast (I'm in DC). I'm tired of dumping steroids into my body!

I am right there with you..I have only had it for 2 years though. I finally got an appointment at Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA next month to see a scalp specialist that I am told has experience with Alopecia. I will let you know what happens.
Hopefully someone else will have some info they can share.
