Another patch, another blow to the self-esteem

Noticed another patch appearing, still on the left side, but this time more noticeable than the previous one.

Same feelings came rushing back; scared, sad, helpless.

I keep wondering to myself how many people actually fully recover from this and have no recurrences?

All I can think of is yet another spot that will need cortisone injections...OUCH!

Feeling discouraged....

Danielle, call if you want 709 697 4444 to talk about this. I have Universalis.

One comment: if another patch reps another blow to your self-esteem, this is a blessing in disguise, as your self-esteem should have nothing to do with your hair. Don't give that feeling any space in your heart or mind; if you can assert this control then the hair-loss issue is much simplified and much, much less painful.
