Any children who are doing pageants?

Kaleigh does natural pageants and right now she just has to show up, not much planned performing a 2 year can do. But I was thinking tonight as I couldn't fall asleep about how great it would be if as she gets a little older and does platform questions etc how great it would be if she could use alopecia as her platform for her pageant volenteering etc. Does anyone else have children that are involved in pageants?
