Any other people with Alopecia areats?

hay all
I lost my entire body hair a year ago. I am very air o dynamic ha ha. I have learnt to except it, not to bothered about my hair, But and my nails started suffering 6 months a go. I have cream and it does help a little. Will they ever return to normal??? and is there any thing I can do.
Any tips or information will be very great full.
