Any treatment for getting eyebrows & eyelashes back?

I have been suffering from Alopecia from age of 13.  Lost hair completely accept eyebrows & eyelashes.  I tried various treatments for 10 years but nothing worked. From past 13 years I have not taken any treatment for alopecia. I have now lost my eyelashes and also have started loosing my left eyebrow. I am actually trying to prepare myself without them but still I keep thinking if there is any new treatment/development which can help to rescue them. I am from India. Any referral/information on this would help.

I think loosing eyelases and eyebrows is sometimes even more challenging than loosing your scalp hair, I'm sorry this is happening to you. 

At this time there is no cure or treatment that cures alopecia.  Some people do feel certain things help, like steroids etc. (but be careful of using steroid injections etc. on your face as atrophy can occur).  

For me when my daughter lost her brows we found an alternative that helped (false brows)...maybe not for everyone but for us they worked really well.  I'll pop a picture up of her wearing them and if you want any info about them just contact me.  I believe there is a few people that sell this type of eyebrow but I get my daughters from a lady in Australia (she ships around the world).  You might also like to look on the headcovers site.
