I have tried Xeljanz and was a non responder even at higher doses. My doctor has suggested I try Ruxolitinib if he can get it approved by insurance. Has anyone tried it and had success?
Thanks
Mark

I will try duplixent because normally will be supported by insurance I pay xeljanz myself but I have 70% response but not completely I had total alopecia since the age of 7 years I have 30 years old so i will try dupixent to try to have a complete answer. and i think within 2 years ctp 543 is in phase 3 so i will wait for it to be approved. thank you for your answer and i'm happy for you that ruxo worked for you because you had problems with other drugs
try to find a reduced maintenance dose because I saw that you have side effects.
Thanks Kevin - I appreciate the positive thoughts, and fingers crossed that Dupixent works for you. I will definitely try to lower my dose to a maintenance dose in the hopes that the side effects will decrease. Not ready to start that process yet - too nervous! - but maybe in a few months.
Dupixent is in a clinical trial for alopecia
