Hello everyone! I am 17 years old and was recently diagnosed with Alopecia Areata. As of right now I have gone through 2 rounds of cortisone injections, I haven't seen any new growth. I know that's normal as it usually takes a few months before you see any results. However, I have actually been losing more hair (I've noticed quite a few new bald spots) and I was just wondering if this is also normal or if there's a chance I might develop totalis. I appreciate any information you may have! Thanks so much!
