Friends, first, want to say that if you see someone staring at you - dont always think they mean bad. F.e., I cannot help not to stare at people as I have AA myself.
Secondly, the more I analyze our feed, the more I see two main issues: gut issues due to some sensitivities; also very low iron levels (present in most people with autoimmune diseases as result of leaky gut). That does tell me that leaky gut is the problem due to stress & food sensitivities. I see there are really too few people strictly following AIP, it really helped me
i'm pretty much on an auto immune diet.
I"m healthier for it overall? but no, i still have those patchy bald spots. And i should start taking stock in the lace front wig market.
Hi Sue, just recently diagnosed with ffa, I like you are a foodie and the challenge s of autoimmune protocol diet appear huge, I was wondering how you went on the diet and if you could suggest any good books articles you found helpful, ....I love tomotoes, bread, all the grains, and cheese....this really is going to be hard, thanks
