Hi

One of the ladies I help in New Zealand (a couple of years ago). Walked the Wall of China (when it was very hot). She wore her Freedom Wig and said it worked very well. She just took wet wipes to clean the cap when she took it off and washed her hair as she would her growing hair.

I think this to answer you well, will depend on your needs. What do you want your wig to do for you?

Bring a buff! If you don't feel like wearing a wig the buff is great. It's an athletic cap so no one will question it while hiking (if you care about stuff like that). That's what I used. I also just ordered a wig from hats with hair and can't wait to try it out.
