Just a quick note to let you all know of my disappointment with a recent purchase of eyebrows from Headcovers.com, so you can avoid the same disappointment.

Earlier this year I bought 3 pairs of false eyebrows from Headcovers.com, having previously bought a pair and loved them. The eyebrows were posted from the US to me in London so I paid (per pair) $40 + $8 shipping + $15 import taxes = $63 for a pair of eyebrows.

I really stupidly did not check them all when they arrived, as I looked only at one of the three pairs and then put them in my bathroom drawer. I went this morning to get a new pair out and unfortunately spotted a blue stain on the plastic. I tried, using adhesive remover, to remove this stain but to no avail. Bit annoyed that they were even set to me in such a damaged condition.

So, I wrote a note to Headcovers.com asking for them to replace this pair and I would happily send this damaged pair back to them.

They quoted to me a 3 day returns policy and told me sorry but no.

I have never ever heard of such a short returns policy and for these expensive goods I am really shocked at their terrible customer service.

Wanted to let you all know so you don't fall into the same expensive trap that I have fallen into! If you do buy from this company, check your good ASAP. I won't be buying from them again and wouldn't recommend them.

So, if anyone know of other good eyebrow suppliers, I'd love to know. Thanks.
